This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to membership fees, subscription fees and related services offered by VIJYA LAXMI KALYAN FOUNDATION (тАЬFoundationтАЭ, тАЬweтАЭ, тАЬourтАЭ or тАЬusтАЭ). Please read it carefully before making a payment.
The Foundation does not sell physical goods or merchandise through this website. Therefore, product return, exchange or goods-replacement services are not applicable to our website services. This policy concerns membership, subscription and any related service fees, as well as payment queries described below.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise or the Foundation expressly confirms a different arrangement in writing, all membership and subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed. Please review the membership or subscription details, fee, duration and eligibility requirements before paying.
Payment does not guarantee acceptance into a programme, employment, financial assistance, a grant or any particular benefit unless that benefit is expressly confirmed in writing by the Foundation and the relevant eligibility conditions are met.
Once a membership or subscription has been purchased or activated, a request by the member to cancel it, discontinue it early or obtain a refund will generally not be accepted. No full or partial refund will be issued merely because a member changes their mind, stops using the service, does not participate, or is unable to use the membership for personal reasons, subject always to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If a subscription has a renewal feature, please check the renewal terms shown at the time of purchase. Where a cancellation option is expressly provided, it may stop a future renewal but will not automatically entitle the member to a refund for a payment already made.
The Foundation may suspend or cancel a membership, subscription or service where necessary due to misuse, false information, breach of applicable rules, security concerns, programme changes or discontinuation. Such suspension or cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund. If the Foundation cancels a paid service and determines that a refund is appropriate, any refund will be handled in accordance with the written notice provided, payment-provider procedures and applicable law.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, or money was debited despite a failed transaction, contact us with your transaction reference, payment date and amount. We will review the payment records. Any verified duplicate charge or failed-payment reversal will be handled through the payment provider and applicable banking procedures; processing times may depend on the bank or payment gateway.
This review process does not mean that an otherwise valid membership or subscription payment is refundable.
Donations are voluntary contributions to support the FoundationтАЩs social-welfare activities and are separate from membership or subscription fees. A donation is generally non-refundable once completed, except where a payment was duplicated, processed in error, or a refund or correction is required under applicable law or confirmed by the Foundation after review. Please contact us promptly if you believe a donation payment was made in error.
The Foundation may update this policy from time to time. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page. The policy in effect at the time of payment will generally apply, subject to applicable law and any specific written terms provided to you.
