Vijyalaxmi Kalyan Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to social welfare, education, women empowerment, and rural development initiatives.
All contributions, donations, and membership fees received are utilized to support our charitable programs and community projects.

Since these payments directly support ongoing and planned initiatives, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy for all donations and membership contributions.

2. Membership Fees and Services

  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once membership is approved and payment is successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Services, benefits, or participation under any membership plan may be extended, modified, or terminated based on mutual discussion between the member/subscriber and the NGO’s management committee.
  • In exceptional cases, the Foundation may consider an alternative arrangement or service extension based on internal review and discretion.

3. Donations

  • All donations made to Vijyalaxmi Kalyan Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Donors are advised to verify all details (amount, purpose, and personal information) before completing a donation transaction.
  • In the event of a duplicate transaction or technical error, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction for review.
    • Such cases will be examined individually, and if found valid, a refund or adjustment may be processed to the same payment source, subject to banking timelines.

  • Refund Timeline:
    If a refund request is approved after verification:

    • The refund will be initiated within 3 to 7 working days from the date of approval.

    • The amount will be credited back to the original payment source, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a donation or membership payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For any concerns regarding recurring payments, please notify us in writing at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled payment date.

5. Service Modification and Termination

  • Vijyalaxmi Kalyan Foundation reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue any service, membership, or activity at its sole discretion.
  • Members will be notified in advance (where feasible) of any significant changes affecting their membership or participation.
