Tree Climber – $500 to $1500 Sign-On Bonus!

We’re hiring skilled Tree Climbers to join our elite crew in Chattanooga! If you’re confident on rope, know your gear, and take pride in doing safe, high-quality work — come grow with us.

Sign-On Bonus Details

Earn a $500 to $1500 sign-on bonus after 30 working days based on verified climbing ability:

• $500 – Climber I skill level
• $1000 – Climber II skill level
• $1500 – Climber III (advanced) skill level

( Bonus is based on a skills checklist and performance review. )

What You’ll Do

• Climb trees using MRS/SRS systems or aerial lift
• Perform tree pruning, limb walking, removals, and rigging
• Safely operate chainsaws and gear aloft
• Set up and execute rigging systems
• Follow ANSI Z133 safety protocols
• Work closely with ground crew and team lead
• Participate in jobsite prep, cleanup, and communication

What We Expect

• Climbing experience (we verify via checklist)
• Solid knot and rope system knowledge
• Comfortable using chainsaws in-tree
• Must demonstrate Groundsman Level 2 knowledge
• Must have basic understanding of Operator I responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willing to earn)
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Humble, team-first attitude — no task is beneath you

Bonus Points For

• ISA Certification or working toward it
• Aerial rescue or crane-assisted removals
• CDL Class B
• EHAP, First Aid, or OSHA 10
