Are you a night owl who enjoys a calm, focused work environment? The Oregon Garden Resort is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to keep things running smoothly while most of the world is asleep. You’ll be the welcoming face for late-night arrivals, the problem-solver for any overnight needs, and the one who makes sure the day’s business is perfectly balanced before the sun comes up.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests with late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs
• Audit and balance daily financial transactions
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions with warmth and professionalism
• Prepare the day's reservation packets
• Ensure hotel security during the night shift
• Prepare daily reports for management
• Keep the front desk area tidy and organized
• Light cleaning of the public space in the Resort

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel or night audit experience preferred (but not required – we’ll train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• A calm, friendly demeanor – even when handling challenges
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel software is a plus
• Someone reliable who can work independently overnight
