Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring that each one runs smoothly and meets the expectations of our clients. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Liaise with clients to understand their event goals and requirements
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and reported
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event needs are met
• Develop event timelines and schedules, coordinating key milestones and activities
• Oversee on-site event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
