The Dinex Group—Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group—is excited to announce Le Jardin sur Madison, a one-of-a-kind 6,200-square-foot event space located on the building’s 28th floor. Accessible by day to One Madison tenants for meetings, coffee, and a serene place to work or recharge, the exclusive rooftop will be available in the evening for private parties and a variety of events. Le Jardin sur Madison offers a unique blend of luxury and tranquility, making it the perfect venue for memorable gatherings in the heart of the city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in coordination of all aspects of event planning including floorplans, captains’ paperwork, vendor management, scheduling and logistics
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timelines and objectives are met
• Source and manage vendors and suppliers in conjunction with Production Managers
• Oversee event set up and tear down, ensuring timelines are adhered to
• Support onsite execution, managing hourly teams and troubleshooting issues
• Development of operation resources and data bases
• Manage budget reporting and ensure all event details are organized and logged
• Support marketing and promotional efforts related to events
• Provide administrative support to both Sales and Production, including creating paperwork, decks, rental orders, vendor proposals, etc
• Support custom client requests from sourcing through execution
