We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of various events, from conferences and corporate meetings to social gatherings and community outreach programs. Your keen attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills will ensure that each event runs smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Plan and organize events from conception to execution
Collaborate with clients to determine event expectations and requirements
Budget management, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs
Develop event marketing materials and promote events through various channels
Oversee setup and breakdown at events, ensuring all details are addressed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in event planning and coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in event management software and tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
