Job Title: Dynamics 365 / Salesforce Data Analyst (with SAP S4 Integration)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and SAP S4/HANA to support enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data mapping, integration, and analytics to support business decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map data from Salesforce to Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate data migration and integrity.
• Define and validate data models, field mappings, and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to gather and document detailed data requirements.
• Design data integration workflows across Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP ECC, and Databricks for Power BI reporting and financial KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau using integrated datasets.
• Write efficient SQL, SparkSQL, and Python scripts to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineering, QA) to support data-related planning, QA testing, UAT, and post-release support.
• Support Agile development processes, sprint planning, and production cutovers.
• Lead or support the migration of users and data from Salesforce.com to Dynamics.
• Leverage enterprise data sources (ADLS, Hadoop, Kafka, etc.) for data lake and lakehouse initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (MBA a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, data product ownership, or BSA roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, SparkSQL, and Python.
• Proven experience working with Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise data platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 data structures and Salesforce CRM.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, integration, and reporting from Dynamics, SAP, and other systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Kafka, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and QA validation.
• Experience supporting post-go-live activities, including training and hypercare.
